Refund policy
Returns
We have a 14 day return policy. Returns are only accepted if your order has come to you damaged and you require a replacement. Refunds are not available, but we are more than happy to replace any defective or damaged item.
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return and replacement, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item(s), send us an email at bluedogstickers@gmail.com and send your item(s) back to: BlueDog Vision; , United States.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
